My sister-in-law brought me back some of this from Egypt years ago. She said her husband and his family (long story) all drank it exclusively, and I can see why. It's pretty standard black tea, with a very full-bodied taste, and also nearly a powder. I put about a half a teaspoon in my cup, without using an infuser. Only a fine-mesh infuser would work, because it's too fine for most infusers. So anyway, put it right in the cup, then pour your water on it, give it a few minutes, and drink up! There's no notes of anything, except more tea. If you like milk in your tea, like I do, this works fine with that as well. Just don't drink all the way to the bottom, unless you want a mouthful of tea bits.Will buy this again when I run out.
