Does it remove the knots at the ends of hair which i have after washing , so blow drying will be easier ?

Yes it does, I have curly hair and it detangles my hair really well in and after the shower. I don’t really blow dry my hair but it’s a great brush.

Can this brush be used on hair extensions

Yes it can. Always start by brushing your hair (even with extensions) from the bottom and work your way up.

Can I use it with hot air dry ?

I haven’t but I think that you can considering how well it glides through hair, just consider your hair type.
