Nego Sashimi/Sushi Knife
I wanted a knife that was light weight, easy to hold and maneuver, and extremely sharp. This is that knife. The first test was thin-slicing radishes. They were so razor thin I could see the outline of images on the television through them. The next test was quickly slicing through things. I held out away from my body a head of celery and chopped the root end off with one whack. I prepped every vegetable in my fridge without aggravating the arthritis in my hands, which is one of the most important benefits of this knife. While I haven't used the sharpener yet, it's great that it's included. I have knives that were very expensive that don't match the quality & ease of use that this one does. I especially like the height of this blade. Haven't used it on fish yet but have no doubt it will work great as well as it worked on soft items like tomatoes. This knife is RAZOR sharp.

A sharp knife
A very good knife, I cut salmon very sharp, and then I tried to cut filet beef, because filet beef is the tenderest beef, if your knife is not good, you will cut the beef tissue. If you can look at my picture, the beef is perfectly separated from the beef skin and does not destroy the integrity of the beef, you can prove that the knife is very sharp, the most important thing is that the price is very cheap, sharper than those hundreds of dollars of knives. I believe how cost-effective it is to buy this knife

Excellent kitchen knife
This knife is not only beautiful, but it cuts like a champ in the kitchen. It makes short work out of onions, bell peppers and cuts through meat like it was made out of warm butter. I sharpen it with a honing steel about every other week or so. Best knife in my kitchen. If you spend a lot of time cooking with fresh ingredients, this knife is worth buying.

not the professional sushi knife
this knife looks like beautiful.the texture of the knife is also amazing。but the handle is a little slippery to hold.And it can easily become unsharp in a short time after i sharp it sharpening each time.it suitable for home-make sushi but not for restaurant use.generally speaking,the price match the produt value.

Well made kitchen knife
The media could not be loaded. This product is great. The knife is very useful and it has a very efficient handle and it’s very easy to hold the blade is also very sharp and I can cut many things with it such as sashimi vegetables meats and fruits. The knife is lightweight so it’s very easy to hold and you can cut things faster and easier. It also comes with a knife sharpener and the knife is already sharpened when you get it.

Up your sashimi game without breaking the bank
Well balanced handsome full tang knife that feels good I’m the hand and has upped my sashimi game considerably. Not Damascus steel, the pattern is etched into the blade but so far it’s held it’s edge quote well and I appreciate the little sharpener they include. For the price I haven’t come across anything better

Poor
The handle appeared that it was hand painted, poorly, so it’s difficult to care about anything else. Bought this for my dad who loves to cook so I went a little pricier than $20, super embarrassing giving him a cheap looking knife. First one had the handle scuffed, then went over the lines in like three places. Replacement only went over the lines a little bit in two places but looks uneven throughout. Should’ve just bought a different knife. Faulty product.

I measured the blade and it's only 7 inches.
