So.. I had another kitchen mat before this one that I got from Ross with the same pattern. Then something really sad happened. A friend of mine threw up on it after a long night of drinking red wine and eating my homemade spaghetti sauce. Those might be the two most difficult food stains to remove from anything. RIP French Utensil Anti-Fatigue Chef Mat you will be greatly missed. After a short mourning period I decided it was necessary to move on. I liked the Ross kitchen mat so much that I searched the world wide web for a replacement. With the help of google image search I stumbled upon this one and ordered it. This is a perfectly fine kitchen mat, the reason I gave it 3 stars is because the one from Ross was less expensive and overall more aesthetically pleasing.I know that this was a very specific personal experience I had with chef mats and that most people will not give you anywhere near as passionate a review, but I feel obligated to recommend looking somewhere else for something less expensive and potentially better. I've added a picture below; the top one is the one I ordered and the bottom one is the one I got from Ross. I thoughtfully covered the vomit stain for those of you with weak stomachs.

I had a nice, thick anti-fatigue mat in a similar design that we'd purchased at Home Depot years ago. Sadly, it was ruined during a plumbing issue. I got this one because it seemed inexpensive enough and was the right size. It's alright. It isn't quite thick enough to provide the same kind of support that my previous mat did, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to stand in a particular spot for too long. I do like the design, but the tones are a little more red (almost purple when in dim lighting) than the browns shown in the image.I don't know that I'd purchase again. I guess we'll see how it holds up over time. As a replacement, it'll work for now.

I was really impressed when I unboxed this. It was packaged within 2 boxes to prevent damage . arrived really soon after I ordered it. But most importantly... It is even better in person than in the picture. The image is very colorful and sharp and crisp not blurred at all the material seems to be a very high quality. I knew I liked it and I wanted it but I was pleasantly surprised at its superior quality. I will happily buy from this vender again

I bought this for a coffeemaker counter in our kitchen. It fit right in. I can feel the "anti-fatigue" part too. This mat is comfortable to stand on for a good amount of time. It almost feels like it has some kind of memory foam or something in it. It's easy to clean up (use a damp cloth) and it doesn't slide around the kitchen too much.Now, I'm going to make coffee and stand on my mat!

I got these mats because I wanted some cushion under my feet when standing in front of the kitchen sink. For that purpose, the mats work fine (as long as I'm not wearing shoes while standing on the mat). Unfortunately, if both feet are not on the mat, the mat shifts everywhere (on a tile floor). So, if I walk by and graze the side of the mat, it shifts. There is no non-slip grip at all times. Also, due to the mat's thickness, having part of your foot on the mat and part of your foot on the floor is rather uncomfortable especially if you have any kind of foot problems.

This is super cute and comfy to stand on. My only complaint is that it is slippery on my tiled floor. Keep having to slide it back into position in front of my stove.

Very cute, and comfortable mat. I notice a difference when standing on this, compared to a normal floor. It's not as thick as other anti-fatigue mat's I've seen, but it's good, and it's cheap. However, even though its cheap compared to other, thicker, anti-fatigue mats, I definitely don't feel like it looks cheap. I'm happy with it and plan to buy others for my kitchen.

great mat! looks great in front of my sink, feels squishy under my feet while im doing dishes. only thing is it slides of u bump it with your feet. i will need to purchase an anti skid mat to go under it.
