Yes, but it's not as NEON as it claims, you can buy chalk at Walmart for cheaper with the same results.

Can you used these on a door painted with chalkboard paint?

Yes! We did some on a wall that was painted with chalkboard paint.

Why is it not recommended for toddlers less than 4 years old?
