Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt Kindle & comiXology

My first manga ever has finally arrived in the mail! I was thinking why not start with one of my favorite animes, Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt. I definitely like how the manga tries to capture the same spirit of the main characters, having the comics in the style of the show, and tried to have the atmosphere of an PSG episode. It only has 8 "episodes", so the manga is really short. I'll admit, I think I enjoy this so much because the show had only 12 episodes and I wanted more. I'm not entirely sure if an outsider who had never watched the anime would get the same enjoyment in reading this one off manga.Overall, I like it and it's definitely worth picking up if you love Panty and Stocking or comedy animes in general. It would've been awesome if Dark Horse made more of these but whatever

A great raunchy comedy series based on the anime by the same name. Hopefully this manga will hold me over until the next season comes out.UPDATE: This book is not available for Kindle for PC. It will refuse to download. While Amazon does list this fact at the bottom of the page, at the top of the page they offer the Kindle for PC, implying that this application can read the eBook. Misleading at best and downright bait and switch at worst. The manga also wasn't formatted correctly. Well published kindle manga starts at the far right of the book and moves left, just like printed manga. This book starts at the far left, spoiling the ending! Having to read the book in the reverse order that the kindle software expects means that the various "time to complete" features don't give you a correct time and the percentage complete counter counts down from 100% down to 0%. Be careful... I would recommend the printed edition because of these problems...

It's exactly as the review title states, a one time non-canon manga written by the creators that takes has several stories that you will not be able to read elsewhere about Panty & Stocking's adventures in Daten City.Very good read for the price, ended up stumbling across this item while looking for other Panty & Stocking merchandise at the time, ended up buying this manga instead.

Good ole funny adult themed collection of adventures featuring the (un)holy trio.......and a rat dog thing.

i have to say reading this REALLY blew my mind off cuz of how fresh and new it is and i highly suggest this for MATURE READERS and fans of PSG anime .amazingly the art style purely like the show and i liked the show soo much that even when reading this manga i imagine the dub voices of the cast's like im watching the show .stocking is as beautiful as always , panty is as B****y as ever & garterbelt ....... um ..... he shows his true colors in this manga .... .this was a fantastic read and wish this was made as an animated short series cuz its more vulgar than the original anime .this is an absolute must for every PSG fan to read and i still wish for season 2 of the show .

This is my first time busing a Manga online, so pardon if I'm a bit inexperienced. The book contains little over 100 pages and is overall smaller than I would of liked, but I still enjoyed it. The stories are not canon with the show, but if you enjoyed the show, pick this up. Other notable things are the face it was slightly rough around the edges of the cover and spine and I found a few typos inside. The shipment came a day later than said, but over all I recommend it to any PSG fan.

I have this order long time ago and I still love it. First the anime and now a comic series! I wish they could've make more; but at least you get to find another comic strip series (from Google) made by the original creator, Hiroyuki Imaishi. The art is still as faithful, funny, awesome, vulgar, and lewd as the anime. Highly recommended to Panty and Stocking fans!

I have to say, despite not being canon to the anime, it very well could be. It was fantasticly bold, gross, and sexy till the end~ Tagro did a fantastic job on the art as well, its identical to the anime. My only complaint is that I wish it was longer ): I was glad we got to see Scanty and Kneesocks and Brief too! (I was afraid they wouldn't appear at all, but I'm glad they did) this is perfect for anyone who finished Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt, but still wants some more peverted gross action from these two awesome angels<3

Cute characters, interesting situations and fascinating story. The whole manga is unique in a good way and I would recommend it to any anime/manga fan. 5 stars from me.

Good quality but a lot thinner than a regular manga and not as entertaining as I remember the anime being.

I was worried that, after watching the anime, the manga thats taken forever to come out here would be disapoimtimg. I didnt need to worry, its as crude and funny as it needs to be.

Great manga~ very like the anime if you're worried about that. Definitely worth buying
