This is a clever little widget that uses tension to ease your big toe & bunion toward a better alignment, and you can control how much pressure is applied. After the third time I used it, I was able to tighten it just enough to apply enough pressure but not so much that it caused pain, ideal. Honestly I'm not sure this will cause a permanent change, but it seems every morning when I take it off that the size of the bunion is a little less pronounced and my big toe seems to be less angled toward the remaining toes. I am satisfied so far, eager to see potential long range results....

My husband has a bunion that just began to bother him. He always bought shoes for work and home that were not tight but still a bunion developed. He started to where this about 2 weeks ago. In the beginning it was not through the night. Now he has graduated all night. The difference in the look of the toes and the foot is unbelievable. He doesn't have anymore pain during the day/night and he has space between the toes again. He would definitely recommend it.Update: definitely still giving this product 5 stars. Worked well and saved on costly doctor appointments. No more pain and toes have straightened. We just ordered two more

I think the design is good and it might do what it says it will. However, after putting it on it rubbed my 2nd toe so much it hurt. It also has raised letters on the outside of the plastic that also irritate my 2nd toe. The inside that rests against the big toe is padded but not the outside, I am now looking for a pad the I can put between the plastic and my 2nd toe so it won't get rubbed raw. I think the maker needs to re-tool the piece tha goes between the toes to make it comfortable and not rub the 2nd. toe.

Still the best I've found. Not the most comfortable (you get used to it) and not great to walk to the bathroom in, but I feel like it does the best job giving me relief. Had my old "regulator", ha, for many years and re-padded it with moleskin a few times. Then it was time for a new one. So glad I could still buy this online.

Was always apprehensive of products which can be used during sleep. Ordered this product after too much of contemplation. Went through lots of reviews before buying it.Arrived on time intact.1st timeStruggled to use it for the 1st time. After looking at instructions it was easy.ComfortWorn it all night comfortable and had no discomfort wearing it all night during sleep in.The Plastic had enough padding and the wrap around also had good thick cushion.The elastic to align the finger was the one which makes a impression on your leg next day.Walk Ins:Not recommended to use it and walk. Slight discomfort for a mid-night wakeup but not definetly for recommend to wear it and roam in house.Effect:Well worn it only one day so not sure. Way too much to expect a miracle from a product to cure your bone deformity in one day which you have for years. But would assume it will negate the increase of bunion due to our narrow or sports shoe wear in the long run. I am planning to wear it continuosly.

My big toe and my second toe were overlapping and always rubbing each other and causing a lot of discomfort. This item looked very uncomfortable but nothing else I had bought had helped much so I figured to give this try. It is difficult to wear and walk with and somewhat uncomfortable so I wear it only at night in bed. Doing this causes very little discomfort from the item itself but oh how much better my two toes feel in the morning and throughout the day. This is a great item and well worth the money. I hope that after wearing it at night over several months, my toes will be separated enough that I won't need to wear this every night.

Very comfortable and it seems to be helping with the pain a feel in my bunion. Sometimes the pain would keep me awake, but I don't have any pain while I'm sleeping anymore. Still have some pain when I'm dancing, but it's much better than it was. I would recommend this product.

I wore this after a less than successful bunion operation. I wore it from early evening until I woke up in the morning. I found that the angulation deformity (big toe pointing in the direction of the little toe instead of straight ahead) was much improved each morning. But the forces on the foot that create a bunion are powerful and persistent. By the end of my work day my toe was almost back to where it was in the before surgery. So it would be best if you could wear this at night and another supportive product during the day. This product would be even better if they could somehow incorporate a hinge at the big toe joint that would allow you to walk in it. Keep in mind that no single product is going to work for bad bunions. It's low heel/no heel shoes, orthotic arch supports, and products like this that will give you the best result.This is a good product; well thought out to reverse the forces at work on a bunion.
