These replacement inner tubes worked great for my dual-wheeled wheelbarrow. Installation was straightforward, and they fit perfectly. The rubber seems thicker and better quality than the original tubes that came with my wheelbarrow, which had started leaking. After installing them, the tires hold air well and keep the wheelbarrow stable and easy to maneuver, even with heavier loads. They feel durable and seem like they should last a long time. Overall, a solid replacement at a good value.

The AR-PRO 4.80/4.00-8" Heavy Duty Replacement Inner Tube with TR-13 Straight Valve Stem appears to actually be a heavy duty, good quality tube. It's frustrating that I didn't order these originally. These tubes have good seam quality and adequate reinforcement at the valve stem area. I'm giving 5 stars as the price per tube is reasonable and installing these was a welcome contrast to other Amazon vendors' tubes that I foolishly ordered prior to these (You may find my scathing review of those worthless tubes). I generally don't feel the need to leave reviews on tools or repair parts, or much less gush about them, however if one finds good a quality product within the sea of Amazon garbage it's important that it be recognized. I ordered the AR-PRO 4.80/4.00-8" Heavy Duty Replacement Inner Tube with TR-13 Straight Valve Stem after ordering other like sized replacement tubes and wasting an afternoon installing, removing and ultimately returning those junk tubes for refund. These other vendors' tubes had me questioning my skills, knowledge and sanity as they held air for all of 5 minutes before a seam on the tube separated and air rushed from them. No such problem with the AR-PRO 4.80/4.00-8" Heavy Duty Replacement Inner Tube with TR-13 Straight Valve Stem. Don't waste your money or time with the others. Per my experience, these are the ones to buy. I wish I had a video of the performance of the junk tubes previously installed in the tire - just sitting on the floor for 5 minutes. Then whoosh. Instant flat. Not funny, but today I guess I would laugh. Ridiculous how other vendors can sell junk and sleep at night. Unbelievable. Thanks so much.

As advertised. Easy to change and work like a charm.

We had a wheelbarrow with two tires, and rims with 1" bub diameter. We were unable to find a complete assembly with 1" diameter hub, so I decided to try to replace just the tube. After struggling with just a couple of flat bars and screwdrivers to remove the tire from the rim, I cleaned up the inside of the hub, and reassembled the rim, tube, and tire assembly. I water soaped-up everything, fished the new stem through the rim hole, tightened the nut on the stem from the outside of rim, and brute forced it all back together. I worked it together starting near the stem around so the the tire was within the rim on both sides. I inflated the tubes and they held pressure. I put the stam caps on and let it stand overnight. Both tires appeared to hold pressure, so my wife installed it on the shaft, and went to use it the next day. One of the tires lost pressure, so I pumped it up and it was leaking. So I tore the tire off again, and there was about a 1/4" tear near the base of the stem. I expect that after inflating it the first time, I should have deflated it to let the tube shift inside the tire as needed, and then reinflated it. The tube itself looked like the one I was replacing that had dried out and cracked over time, so I don't think I can blame it on the tube design, or the manufacturing of the tire. I haven't bought a replament to try it again. After all the work, and my time. I think I'm just going to replace the wheelbarrow.

Bought these to fix two wheelbarrow tires that were flat. They were easy to install, fit as expected, and they’ve been holding air and holding up nicely so far. Great replacement tubes. Much cheaper than I could find locally.

Fits well. Working so far. Time will tell if it continues to hold air. Arrived in a timely manner. 4 stars because of the packaging, came in a plastic bag inside a paper amazon bag. Felt the rubber tubes would be better protected in a box less likely for them to get damaged and received punctures. Delivery people are not most careful with parcels.

Hard to find replacement tubes for our wheelbarrow. They seem to leak every year and we need to replace. Glad to see Amazon had the ones we needed. So far so good.
