IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR FIRM BUT COMFORTABLE SUPPORT, DON'T BUY. It seemed very comfortable as I laid on it at first, but as the night went on the heavier parts of my body started to sink deeper and deeper, especially my head and my hips, so that I slept with my back arched and woke up in a lot of pain in my back and neck. I took the picture as soon as I woke up. It's not the best quality, but you can see how much lower my hips were with respect to my back. I should also say, I'm a very skinny person, I'm 5' 8'' and weight about 115 lb, so I would expect any brand new decent topper to be able to support my weight. I'll try to return it, even if I don't think I'll be able to make the foam fit in that little box it came in. Will probably have to purchase a new gigantic box at the UPS office. So this entire experience was just a waste of time and money.

Parents gave me an almost new mattress, but it was as hard as concrete. Used in guest room, & guests let me know they couldn't sleep on it. Before I bought a new mattress, I decided to try a topper. I really didn't expect much, but since I put it on top of the mattress, everyone has remarked it was far more comfortable. So, it actually worked.

This product stated it had "cooling technology" but I woke up soaked like i had just gotten out of the shower 4 nights in a row. By the fourth night the product was already showing an indentation of where I slept as well. No problems with returning the item so that was good.

Seems thick & comfy. Just an FYI that due to being dry folded in shipping when you unwrap it it will have 2 high ridges where gel settled. Put the rages face down and she’ll re-spreads out pretty quickly so don’t be concerned when you see that at first like I was. Does have a minor odor but not too bad. I just febreezed it and it seems fine.

It smelled when I took it out, so bought a mattress cover and that solved that. Couldn't believe how good it felt to get on it, and one year later+ it is still perfect.

Love this topper! Made a world of difference!I’m recovering from a bike crash and have had to spend more time in bed than usual which was killing my back. This made the bed so comfortable & I was able to get the amount of sleep I needed

I purchased this for the old mattress in my guest room and everyone that sleeps on it says they love it! It doesn’t get hot and very comfortable. I did not notice a bad smell when it came but I did lay it out on the bed for a couple of days to let it open up completely. Great purchase

Love this topper. Put on our boat and we sleep like babies. Bought for our aft cabin and kept us cool and comfortable
