14/4 as described
I see a few reviews that said this was 16/4. I needed the wire right away and this was the only option that could be delivered in 2 days. If it was 16/4 it wouldn't have been a big deal either. The air handler only pulls a little more than an amp. It was in fact 14/4. I didn't measure the exact length but it was just enough for me. My rough measurement was about 23 and I had a bit left over so probably 25.

Was a4 conductor with pliable rubber covering that was perfect for the job and the right price
Project turned out perfect. Needed to extend the length of a hard wired hand held remote for an hoist I mounted in the attic. Five stars.

awesome 4 wire for mini split
I just installed a fujitsu ductless unit and did the electric. Using this saved me from having to pull 4 wires.. I'm an HVAC service Journeyman and recommend this for future installs

Great for more than a HVAC system
It's hard to find a electric cable with four individual lines. I needed such a thing to replace the control cable on an electric winch. This cable was perfect for that application.
