Less than a year in use the product isn’t fully functional. There’s a hiccup in the switch somewhere - and light doesn’t always turn on unless I jiggle the mirror. Very disappointed in production of this switch mechanism. Wish I could return.

Don't buy cheaper models. Invest in this one. It works perfectly and I wish I had treated myself to one sooner. Instead I bought cheaper vanity magnifying mirrors with fewer features and should have just gone with this one from the start.

I own two of these GURUN ALMOST $100 WALL MOUNT mirrors. Neither GURUN works any longer. First KNOW this important piece of information prior to your purchase. This GURUN WALL MOUNT mirror has a very-very SHORT LIFE, even with less than minimal use. Second GURUN does not respond to contact attempts. In my house the GURUN WALL MOUNT mirror number one is located in my ensuite that only I use 4 days a week. It stopped charging 6 months ago because the charging cord fell apart. Yes it simply fell apart. Last week GURUN WALL MOUNT mirror number 2 that is located at the cottage also stopped charging because the charging cord simply fell apart. Yes, simply fell apart. I want you to know when I'm at the cottage I don't wear makeup. There is less than a few short hours of use on this GURUN WALL MOUNT mirror and way too early for the cord to simply fall apart. I have been unable to get any customer service from GURUN. Yes ZERO, NONE, NO customer service from GURUN. No satisfaction, and no help for a visually impaired client who is suck with two expensive non-working GURUN WALL MOUNT mirrors. GURUN WALL MOUNT MIRRORS look decorative on my walls but they are not functional for long and you will not receive custom service from GURUN about charging cords that simply fall apart. I am a VERIFIED PURCHASE by the way. One star is too many but I need to post one star or I can't leave a review. Plug in is not an option there are no outlets where the wall mount mirrors hang in either home.

Easy to mount. Sturdy. Battery last in between charges. Neds to be a bit brighter. The wife still loves it

I had an unlighted double-sided mirror for shaving, but it was always hard to see because the bathroom lights were only on one side. There was no electrical outlet close enough for a regular lighted mirror either. I didn't want to spend $$$ to get an outlet installed just for a mirror, so I just lived with it, that is, until I stumbled across this mirror. It has been the perfect solution. I had to buy a longer USB cord to reach the outlet, but that wasn't a big deal. I pretty much knew that before I ordered it. The lights on this mirror are bright. The mirrors are clear and of good quality. I can actually see all of my face when I'm shaving. The wife likes to use it for her makeup too. If I had to pick a nit, it would be the size of the magnifying mirror. It is smaller due to the ring of lights around the outside. You have to jockey your face into just the right position to get in focus. It's really just the nature of the beast and really doesn't take long to get used to. Again, just a nit-pick. I'm really happy with the mirror. The battery life is great too. I use it every day to shave, plus the wife using it for makeup, and it easily lasts a month on a charge. I've never actually ran the battery down. Good stuff!

Liked that this has a rechargeble battery built in and Can also be hardwired to electricity. Also arm is very sturdy and stays in place in whatever position. Make sure like the other comments that it is not installed too high

After I hung the mirror, I discovered only one light setting!!

So I was looking for a quick solution to make the wife happy.This is not the answer if you expect the light to make a difference.If your make-up area has plenty of light that might make a difference.The rechargeable lamp has 'zero' longevity, and I just don't bother anymore.The frame and mirrors are okay and installation was easy,,, but
