Exact brand name replacement for a fraction of a fraction of the medical suppliers!
I did not have the same experience as some of the other reviewers who said they got either knockoff versions or a seemingly dirty product. This hose was the genuine Philips brand and was the EXACT product in the EXACT packaging as the one sold to me by Providence Medical Home Services for almost TRIPLE the cost of what I paid here. (yes, the Providence who owns the hospitals and the providers and then sells you their medical insurance to “cover” it all - monopoly?) Being a perfect replacement, I plugged it right in and was good to go. And I paid less than what my co-pay would have been to have a new one sent to me by Providence. If you need a new heated tube or want to have a backup on hand, this is your choice.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If you are fairly new to CPAP this page may be a bit confusing as I was confused. The seller has correctly listed and described the product as it is--no problems there. The problem lies in the question and in the comments section. Many are complaining of missing parts. These hoses do not come with any adapters! When people receive their hose, they go to hook it up to their mask and they find that the hose seems to be too big in diameter to make the connection. You do need a connector/adapter to connect the hose to the mask. These connectors/adaptors generally come with the mask you purchase (does NOT come with the hose)! Some masks come without anything and you have to buy the connector separately. If you are replacing an old hose, you can simply pull the white connector off the old hose end (with plyers) and install it on the new hose with no problem. I know some have even cut the rubber end of the hose to help free the adapter/connector. This is a quality hose at a great price and is the second one I have purchased from this vendor. In the questions section someone asked if an adaptor is needed and "a seller" (not the seller of this product) made it sound as if the hose is ready to be connected. While this is true, it is under the assumption that you already have the adaptor that came with your mask. If you don't have that, then it WILL NOT connect! This can be a bit confusing, but is not the fault of the seller, so please be advised.

Do not buy- dirty and a knock off
Do not buy this.I received this and it was so dirty and disgusting. The tubing was not even close to what it is supposed to be- it felt like a plastic bag with a hair elastic around it. Extremely Poor quality. Very disappointed

Great value, save your self some money and get it here on Amazon!!
Shopping around to various cpap suppliers,I have found parts and pieces like this are expensively marked up.The feature of this as a heated hose seems to be more restful for me than a non-heated version,my experience- anyway.Works great, the real deal, good product and seller, fairly priced. Arrived on time in a sealed package inside an outer shipping package,a nice consideration when buying a medically related product that can directly affect ones health. I appreciated that upon opening. I use this product every night, clean it regularly and it works great, well made and durable.I would purchase this again in the future and would recommend it and seller for sure. Thank you,Dave H.

Missing piece?
Second one I’ve gotten where the plastic piece is missing from the inner part of the tube text connects to the elbow. It has the same model number so I’m not sure. Either way, cannot use and have to return

Missing a part?
The tube connected to my cpap machine but didn’t connect to any of my Philips Respironics dreamwear masks. One customer mentioned that there may have been a part missing that connects the tube to the head piece.

Solved our problem!
My wife has to use a CPAP with a humidifier, but depending on our weather and the local humidity, she would get water in the hose and sometimes even flowing to the mask. Even with sitting the CPAP low and running the hose up over the headboard, condensation would still build up all along the hose. This heated hose solved the problem and works perfectly with her DreamStation. It's an exact replacement.

Works great!
I have two cpaps because I’m a travel nurse so I use the resmed for traveling and a dreamstation for home. This hose was easy to plug in and use. There was no condensation in the line after use. This hose feels softer than the resmed line but not fragile. I don’t notice it pulling when I move around.
