We have been taking this stuff you years now. You really need to take as a maintenance does once a day during the fall and winter or take at first sign of sickness. If you take at first sign of sickness make sure you take four times a day. I have to eat a snack before I take it so it doesn’t irritate my stomach. They also have an extra strength that works well too. The reason I gave it four stars is because it use to have a better taste and it is expensive. If you’re taking four times a day you can run through a bottle very quickly.

Been using ACF for years when starting to feel under the weather. It's vastly more expensive than ever, but I'd rather have it available than not.

I don’t really want to give it a good review because it’s getting more expensive and harder to find - but in the interest of being a good human, I’ll tell you this stuff is amazing! If you’re starting to feel sick or have a sore throat, gargle this and it will kill whatever is there. It’s disgusting tasting, but totally worth it! Has everything you need to support your immune system.

I started taking this last year when I got pneumonia. I haven't had a cold since.I used to get a bad cold 2-3 times a year (often after traveling), and would get pneumonia or bronchitis once every 2-3 years. Exactly a year ago, I started taking this when I had pneumonia. I recovered more quickly than usual, and I kept taking this (or some other version of ACF) once a day as prevention. I start taking 2-3 doses a day when I am about to travel and during the trip.I have not had so much as a sniffle all year! That is amazing for me and my compromised immune system. If I start sneezing, I use a Zicam nasal slip and a few extra doses of ACF, and the sneezes stop. I have also shared this with my mother in law and other friends, many of whom are also impressed with ACF's effectiveness! #NeverLeaveHomeWIthoutIt.

Tastes terrible but works against most respiratory infections. It's our go to.

I’ve been using ACF for 2 years now. I swear by this product. I had a horrible respiratory infection 2 years ago that lasted about 7 weeks. A friend told me about ACF after 3 days I was finally better! I take 2tbs everyday and if I feel like I’m coming down with something I take morning and night. The taste is HORRIBLE but it’s worth it.

This remedy is an amazing immune system booster. My husband and I keep it in the frig all the time. We'll start using it as soon as we feel a cold or flu coming on, and 9 times out of 10 our symptoms will completely subside within 2-3 days, without the flu ever getting a chance to kick in. Even though it's intensely strong & bitter tasting, we've gotten used to the taste (I don't even mind it now), and we think it's worth a few seconds of "yuck" to avoid getting the flu. This is awesome stuff!! We highly recommend it (just hold your nose while you gulp it down and you won't even taste it). They make several different formulas.
