I got this for my 17-month-old son when he was about 15 months, and it has made going for walks with him so much safer and easier than trying to make him hold my hand. He also really likes wearing it because it has the dog. When he wants to go for a walk, he even brings the backpack to me most of the time. I've washed it a couple times, and it still looks as good as new.

We love this harness leash. My toddler doesn't even really mind it either. Everytime we go out, someone has to make a comment which usually is a kudos to my husband and I for being responsible parents by using a harness leash.
