EZ Shelf Expandable Closet Kit with End Brackets

Decent shelves, but not as easy to assemble as advertised. Buyer should be aware that you need a drill and a 1/4 size drill bit in addition to this. The wall brackets were easy to install, however the holes in the end brackets don't have enough space for you to drill straight into the wall. The brackets are plastic, and the drill scratched against parts of it while I was drilling, scuffing it up a bit. Making the brackets out of a better material and leaving enough room around the holes for a screwdriver/drill would greatly improve this product. Also it only includes 2 end brackets, I had to buy a third one separately from Lowes to get the configuration I wanted for my walk-in closet.

My husband put it together and installed it and we had enough to do one shelf and one rod in another closet. They are very sturdy and do not bend or warp with the weight of folded clothes on the shelving.

The end bracket doesn't hold enough tension, and the 6 tubes (5 for shelves and 1 for hanging rod) pop out repeatedly. The seller's suggestion to use soap or oil did not help. After finally getting the unit to seem tight, the whole thing loosened again within 24 hours. Our current effort is using bungee cords and gorilla glue. Would not buy again and am considering discarding the $200 unit for something I would have more trust in. UPDATE. The shelving has popped loose and fallen apart after less than 4 months.

This closet system looks so much nicer than my other wire closet systems. It is heavy duty and amazingly easy to install. I could not be more pleased. This is a first class product.

There were parts missing, no instructions at all, I am sending it back!Not impressed way to expensive fir what you get!

Used this product in 4 closets in our house. It's very sturdy and the best closet shelving other than custom built we've ever seen. Have recommended to several family and friends and would definitely use again. The brackets that attach to the wall are super strong and the adjustable length poles that make up the shelves or hanging rod are sturdy. Only thing I might suggest is using sturdier screws.
