Picked up this book as a supplementary study aid for my students and it seems quite useful for learning Korean vocab because the practice exercises can get them engaged. Pictures and pronunciation marks are a great touch which makes learning even more effective.

I don’t know why this is considered beginner friendly? Just flipping through the first pages was really confusing. I understand there is an answer key but there aren’t any hints as to what you’re looking at. I say if you are an advanced beginner go ahead and get this but a super beginner, stick with TTMIK.

Not all answers are there. Hard to translate or check your work!! Have to use an online translator to double check. Book is cheap and small (80* pages!!) Clearly not what I paid for!! First it should be words to learn , then a test. This book just give you tests without answers! Basically, guess what you want or go learn it elsewhere !! I found better books online free to download! This is a total disaster!! Not happy at all :(
