I love this product. It gave me that boost I was Looking for to get over my hump in my weight loss and a very affordable price compared to other products.

They seem to work but I'm on a keto diet. Regular capsule size. You have to take 4 at a time. But they dont have a foul after taste. One bottle is only a 2 week supply. Its hard to tell if theyre making a difference because I have nothing else to compare it to. No side effects. And i don't have aches or muscle cramps so theyre probably effective. Im about to order my second bottle. Fast shipping which is a plus

Helps keep my cravings under control and stay in ketosis and implementing intermittent fasting. Wish that I could still get the BHB mg level without having to take 4 capsules at a time but it's comparable with other products at a fraction of the price.

Product works great. Since taking this product i have gained a lot of energy and i have lost some weight.

Not sure that it helps with weight loss as it claims found it upset my stomach will not purchase again

Started a few days ago. Am taking 1 at a time twice a day to start because I am on a fasting week. I fast with liquids, like veggie broth and herbal tea for five days each month. Next week when I introduce food and some carbs, I'll check my weight and give an update. I am DII and want to get my blood sugar into normal range with a whole food plant based food plan, with 1 week of fast each month. I've been working this way for a year now, and hope this Keto BHB will get me results I want.
