Hole it not large enough for comfort
It is not comfortable due to size of the hole; could be a better design

A Cushion - NOT A PILLOW
This is actually a large oversized cushion with a hole in the middle - not an ear pillow. The hole is huge - so big that your head can easily fall inside...It looks more like a washable commode cushion!Returned for a refund today! :-(
