It's is a great bowl that I keep in my car in its collapsed shape. Since I have large and small dogs, this bowl is a perfect size to accommodate all of them. The reason I only give it three stars is because my dogs often don't drink all the water that I pour in it for them to drink and I like to put the lid on the bowl and empty it into their water bowls at home if they don't drink the rest of it later. Unfortunately the lid is very loose and more often than not the remaining water spills in the car. So I now use it in my kitchen for things that don't need to be sealed in an airtight container.

Bought this for travel with our Labrador. It packs flat, doesn't leak when filled with water, and has a stable base when under attack at meal time. The dog loves it because it appears at meal time containing food. Note that the dog also believes it can double as a fine throw toy, but I would not recommend this application for fear she will chew a hole in it over time.

The bowls themselves are great, store in a small place & work well when opened. However, the lid is not secure so you can not really use it to carry or store food or water. I don't know the point of the lid when it works this poorly. The lid should either be re-designed to hold securely (not just as a dust cover, as it is now) or get rid of the lid & reduce the price.

This is a well made bowl and it would have gotten five stars if the size of the bowl had been advertised correctly. i ordered the bowl thinking it was 2.5 cups as advertised. In reality, the bowl is 1 liter which is equivalent to 33 oz or a little over 4 cups. This is too large for my needs so i will be returning it.

These are an absolute must have if you are a camping family. We love to tent camp and as space and weight are at a premium, these fit the bill perfectly for our 45 pound baby (she thinks she is anyway!). They pop up easily enough and NOT being silicone they are rigid enough to stay upright when full of water. That's a plus inside the tent as well! I wouldn't want to carry water around with the lid on but they do keep a just emptied bowl of water from dripping when out on hikes. We are more than pleased with them!

Hard to say much about a dog bowl, but they seem to be well made and sturdy, and collapse to small size for travel. A bit big, but if you have large dog, I guess the size is OK.

Perfect for in-cabin airline travel. The bowl collapses to less than an inch, so the bowl fits in the small pocket of a pet carry-on bag. Used it at the airport dog relief area, so did not even have to purchase bottled water. Cover kept the bowl from dripping on other items in the pocket...but I did not try the cover with the bowl full of water.

Convenient in that they collapse for easy travel, but the lids do not stay on tight. Could see them easily opening and spilling. Also much bigger than I expected.
