How to Trick Rope Kit | Cowboy and Cowgirl Rope | Beginner or Advanced Lariat Looper Rope for Kids and Adults, 13 Foot(Cotton Trick Rope + Instructional DVD)

This rope was exactly what I was looking for. I know my daughter is going to love it!

My kit arrived yesterday. I was excited to start but when I pulled out the rope it almost felt like an electrical cable . I put the end through the Honda to form a loop. I then held the loop at the Honda held it with the loop upright. It stayed upright rather than flopping over. I thought maybe the rope just needed to be loosened by flexing it so I coiled it and started twisting back and forth to stretch the rope. After an hour of this it seemed to loosen a little bit nowhere near enough to try tricks. I will keep flexing and stretching it to see if it gets looser. Maybe this is the way it is supposed to be but the info that came with the rope kit did not say anything about having to condition the rope.The video looks good but unless I can loosen the rope I can’t do anything with it. If I can’t get the rope loose enough to use in a couple of days I will return it.EDIT: I raised my rating from 2 stars to 5. I Continued to flex the rope and it did loosen. It now drapes over my hands the same as the rope in the DVD. So now I am following the lessons in the DVD and the steps are explained very clearly. I use the pause button a lot and I think I will be spinning soon.

Very to the point. Easy to follow

Will use to learn a few rope tricks.Also, to show some disabled kids how to do them where I horseback ride.Rope looks a little flimsy, but have not used this type before.Will see how well the DVD explains doing tricks.

Love the video, easy to see how it is done, but harder to do without practice a lot. Would recommend this for those interested in it.
