There is no background in the decal the background is whatever surface you place the decal on! In the picture the vinyl decal is the black paper background would be whatever surface you apply it to Decal is only one

Looks great on my project scooter! Application was easy and all indications is the vinyl is tough and the adhesive is strong. Very happy here.

Adhesive isn’t very strong. Time will tell.

item was sticky with something wet.
the item was the last of the order of three to arrive, all three vinyl decals were shipped in soft sided envelops, two were creased and the last one to arrive (all items shipped separately) was coated with an unknown sticky texture and was wet. all items finally arrived, one was in good shape but was coated with what felt like someone had dropped a sucker or a glazed doughnut in the bag prior to closing it and then failed to clean it. just really frustrating, wish i hadn't made the order.

no install instructions
seemed like nice decals unfortunately I ruined the 2 decals I purchase trying to apply them on my quad...no instructions at all I have never used decals and have no idea how to apply them instructions would be nice

Doesn't stick to anything..
Garbage. The backing paper is more sticky than the decal. These are a waste of money. 👎
