This pin is the perfect size for a backpack, messenger bag, or even the lapel for the snazzy.Initially, the rubber(?) backing threw me off, as I thought it might have not held properly. However, the fit is perfect, and its grip is strong. As an added bonus, the metal of the usual pin back won't bother you if you choose to put it on a shirt.The metal of the pin itself is quite durable, and I don't foresee it being likely to bend or break.I am perfectly happy with my purchase. I thought this was a door stop not a lapel pin. Either way my sister loves it. I was just surprised.
