It works
It was an interesting experience. I needed to restart my stomach functionality as I was having too many digestive problems; I was constantly bloated, and permanently uncomfortable.Prep day: I had water, teas, soups. All liquid and plant based.Day 19:20 am hot water and Lemmon10:00am Orange shake: nice taste (a bit too sweet to my liking)A blender bottle is perfect to mix it.11:30 green shake: (too sweet) earthy flavor at the beginning. It gets better as you have it.Note: Add a couple of ice cubes, it makes it more refreshing.3:00 I had a bowl of brocoli.I waited too long (lack of mental preparation to have a drink every hour). I got distracted ( bad idea as I started having stomach discomfort and a head ache).3:30 protein shake with almond Milk (my fav so far, great flavor and level of sweetness)Nap 4:20-5pm5:20 red shake (not as sweet, but sweet nonetheless. Not my fav as It has a guava like taste, which I personally don’t enjoy much)6:20 green shake7:20 orange shake9 protein shake in almond milk9:30 hot teaDay 2I has lost 2.5 lbBody water increased. body fat and subcutaneous fat decreased.9:00 lemon water9:40 orange shake10:40 red shake (tastes better with almond milk)12:30 protein shake with almond milkBrócoli bowl1:00pm Nap. Bowel movements woke me up3:30 green shake4:40 orange shake6:30 green shake8:00 spinach soup ( mix of scallions, half pepper, piece of zuquini) with protein shake in almond milk10:00 teaDay 3Lost 1,1 lbBody water increased8;30 lemon water9:00 orange shake10:00 green shake11:20berry shake with almond milk1:10 protein shakeShakes every hour and a half. Doing it at the right time ( use of an alarm does help) reduces the head aches.Lost another pound next morningIn total, I lost: 5,5 lb inclusive of the weight lost the prepping day.For those more active that decide to exercise, they might have better results in terms of losing weight. To me it was super nice to feel my stomach back to its right proportions once again. A few days have passed and I’m watching over my diet and the weight keeps going down.It is a metabolic refreshment. You might get tired, or feel fatigue. Drinking the shakes at the right time does make a difference. All in all, I am quite satisfied.

Disgusting taste and little nutritional value
THIS PRODUCT IS A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!!The powders are tough to blend, particularly the protein and green flavor; I whisked both for several minutes, then just let them sit for another several minutes and there was still this layer of foamy chunky curdled looking material on top of the glass that never went away. I used cold water, which might have made it tougher to mix- using a bit of hot water to dissolve then adding cold water after mixing helped. The citrus flavor was the only palatable flavor- it tasted like diluted Crystal Light citrus. The red one was horrible; it tasted like dishwater that someone dropped a couple root veggies into, and the green was vaguely matcha flavored with some veggie aftertaste. The protein was the most disgusting looking, though the flavor was so mild as to be nonexistent - it tasted like unflavored pea protein (which I guess it is), but they could have added vanilla or coconut or something else to make it slightly flavorful. The whole “plan” has less than 500 calories, which is ridiculous. I could see using these powders if they had some sort of nutritional benefit and were just a convenient way to have fruits/veggies on the go, but the nutritional value is horrible- there is only 12g of protein for the whole day (all from both protein drink packets), and almost no other nutritional value in ANY of the other flavors . Each drink does fill you up, especially since they each made me feel vaguely nauseous, but a glass of water would have filled me up just as much. This whole “juice fast” could be done with much more nutrition by drinking a protein shake for each meal, Crystal Light/water, and making fresh vegetable/fruit smoothies, or even buying premade smoothies; just drinking V8 would have had a lot more nutritional value and it wouldn’t cost $50.The one thing it did do was force me to go to the grocery store and buy a whole bunch of fresh fruits and veg to make my own juices, which everyone who is thinking of doing a juice fast should do instead of buying this product.
