Aonewoe Table Mats Absorb Spills Felt Placemats Set of 6 Stain Resistant Washable Place Mats for Wood Table(Black)

I got a new table and wanted placemats that would be durable and not scratch the table but also good for my two young kids.My only issues with this set so far are that the edges where the felt is cut is rather sharp and i’m assuming may scratch the table a bit and they aren’t skid/slip resistant so they slide around the table a lot. I also got 5 that say “Furnily” on the tag and one that says “famibay”?

Great item. Everyone loved the thickness, aesthetics (especially around the holidays), simplicity and protection it afforded. You cannot beat the price. Friends loved it so much I ordered them a set for their place. It is easy to clean with crumbs and such; a little more delicate with stains (like red wine or stew stains) since it's felt. But ideal/great for everyday use!! Highly recommend. Colors are as rich as they appear in the pictures online. I got them in Red and Grey.

These are nice I like the color but the really annoying thing about them is that you will have to shave them with a clothes shaver. I attached 3 pictures, the first one is after I washed it in the washer and shaved it the second one is after I washed it in the washer but before I shaved it. I air dry these so I don’t know how well they’d hold up if you dried them in the dryer. It’s time consuming to shave them so I don’t think I’d buy them again.

They are nice & functional but stains did not come out spot cleaning

I wasn't sure about the usefulness of felt for a placemat, but the Aonewoe Felt Placemats work pretty well. They are a little thick to be ideal since a glass mistakenly placed on the edge might tip over, but they look and perform well.The big test was cleaning them. Since they are made of felt, food and liquids tend to adhere and stick to the fabric. You can't just sponge them off or rinse them under the faucet. But I ran a couple that had jelly and chocolate on them though the regular cycle of my washing machine and they cleaned right up and look new.So, while not a perfect placemat, these earn a solid four stars.

I purchased these while redoing my kitchen into a mid-century modern theme. I have grey cabinets, and choosing to go with color in accent pieces, so the texture of the felt and the solid grey color were perfect for what I was looking for. They stay in place and absorb those little spills fairly easily as well. So far, no issues keeping them clean and fresh looking. Sharp look!

Like them! they were easier that I thought to clean. I just used soap and water in the sink to clean them. They are a little awkward to dry because of the material though, that's why I only gave them a 4. I just set them on the deck in the sun to dry and they were dry in a few hours.

We bought these to replace more typical linen tablecloths that had one too many stains. I like these since they’re thicker (all the better to protect the wood on our MCM dining table) and add a different texture to the room. The little leather tag is a nice touch too. Haven’t had any major spills on them yet but I think the felted wool should be good at repelling liquids.

They are good placemats until you need to clean them. They are fabric, so you can't just wipe them off. I put them in the washing machine, which worked ok. But they take too long to dry. I put them in the drier 4X (4 hours), and they still were not dry. I had to let them sit out on a rack for a day to fully dry.I also have a cat, and the cat hair gets embedded in the placemats and can only be removed by picking out each strand by hand. Do not buy this if you are a pet owner.

These mats are thick and they protect the table very well. Good looking as well as being practical, these mats are a good investment.Will buy again if I have to

I will use these very sturdy placemats as a heat trivet to protect my table rather than a product that is easily cleaned. Felt never looks the same after a wash.The leather tag is an irritant on your forearms.

These placemats are thick so I'm not worried about hot or cold dishes damaging my table. I love the look of them, grey felt on my dark wood table. The backs are also felt so it makes the mat a little slippery, not a huge deal for me.
