Touch Screen Digitizer Glass for Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0(2017) Galaxy Tab A2S T380(Wi-Fi) with Adhesive and Tools

First of all I understand the seller tells you to watch videos because they do not provide instructions. So I watched online videos, and I bought the product from the seller because their pictures in the add appeared to contain everything needed. When I got the product I saw that two metal tools were missing and only the blue plastic tools were present. The blue plastic tools broke up with normal use very quickly and I had to improvise and use miscellaneous things in my tool box to continue, which made the job much more difficult than it should have been. When I pealed the film on the screen to stick it to the tablet I saw there was no adhesive on the screen, and no adhesive strips that some of the videos show use of. At this point you cannot return the product, as the add states "once the film is pealed from the screen you cannot return it". Back to the garage I went to find some clear silicon. I should not be surprised because Chinese product producers could care less about quality, and think nothing of shipping products with missing tools and critical parts. I believe they know there is no adhesive, and to prevent returns they stipulate no returns once the film is pealed. After 2 hours of finding ways to work around the missing tools and adhesive I did manage to get the new screen installed. This is a typical bate and switch with pictures in the add that depict one thing, but you get another -- so buyers beware of this seller.

I didn't dislike anything. It's just that I'm dealing with electronics and I would like instructions on how to remove the cracked screen because I don't want to cause any damage in the process of trying to make the repair. The repair kit just came with tools and the replacement screen but no instructions.

The tablet's screen cracked and instead of purchasing a new tablet, I decided to make this purchase. After looking at YouTube and trying to do it myself, I decided to bring it to repair shop to replace the digitizer. The screen fit perfectly and my tablet is like new.

Replaced my working cracked screen with this non-responsive screen. At least my tablet was useable before. Now its useless. I'll order another screen elsewhere!

Would recommend a small electronics kit for disassembly. The tool kit provided wasn’t the most helpful. But all in all works great after completion of the new screen.

product doesnt work... DO NOT ORDER IT... I PEEL THE FILM FROM ITEM.. SO I CANT RETURN IT.... NEVER AGAIN..

Screen has a dead spot in the middle and epoxy is crap.
