I purchased two of these USB power extenders due primarily to the glowing reviews. I have no idea why my experience has been so different. I am extremely disappointed in this product (30' version).While plugged into this this adapter, the Arlo wireless camera not only continued to lose a charge (albeit less rapidly than without the power cable), but It constantly caused the Arlo to broadcast power fault messages which required unplugging and replugging the USB cable. So much for "quick charging", which, in my experience has been a farce.ALSO, because the adapter end which plugs into Netgear Arlo's camera is straight, it protrudes too far, thus obstructing the connection to the magnetic half-moon ball which attaches to the wall (see photo). So, I had to flip the camera upside side down. There is also a significant hum on the audio. Perhaps the cable isn't well insulated/shielded. I will be returning this USB extension cord in search of a better option.

Husband lost his original charging cable. Best buy had an option for $50...no thanks. This works well and of course, came super fast.

So I bought the extension cord but also bought the battery charger & extra battery. That makes life much easier. Always having a back up battery to change out with one that needs charged saves time. Don't have to worry about going back to unplug the charging device. One advantage to using the cord would be that you don't have to change the position of the camera and then play with it to put it back at the right angle. But small price to pay for saving time.

Great long cord. Even came with cable clip nails for tacking it to the wall.Extra long micro USB, not just for Arlo cam. I actually used this for cord for my baby monitor because the plugs in our nursery are limited and not near the crib. Does the trick!

These work great with my Arlo Pros. One of the three I purchased didn’t work, but it was replaced with no hassle and very fast. I would definitely recommend.

Have purchased other manufacturer cables for my Arlo Pro 2’s with less than satisfactory results. ‘Taken’ cables have performed flawlessly. Have been installed outside for 3 months with no problems. Would/will definitely purchase these again.

Fits on my Arlo Pro 2, with my bracket without any issues., Cord is long, but thin enough to go into an outlet under my front door in my house. I have been using it for a couple of weeks in severe heat and rain, without any issues. Hoping it holds up well.
