Alcohol free, so those harmed by the stuff never have to worry about using too much. A generous teaspoonful with 2 bags of Equal, 3 ounces of water and one ice cube, well stirred, will reverse most moderately upset GI Tracts.

Great flavor, but be warned -- it is SO green! Lots of food coloring in it. Bought it to use in my clean eating coffee ( coffee + coconut oil + stevia + flavoring then blend). Excellent sub for coffee creamer. But the strong color of this extract gives mine a strange green color. But the taste is amazing!!

Very nice flavor especially with chocolate. I use in my weight loss meal replacement shakes (Secure Whey Meal Replacement Chocolate powder). Use approx. 1/4 tsp to 16 oz of fluid.

I do not like the flavor but others do.

Not what I'd consider a "creme de menthe" flavor, which should be smooth and clean; this was very bitter and ruined everything I put it in. I ended up throwing most of it out because it was so unpalatable. Maybe I just got a bad/old bottle, but I don't plan to try another.

This product did not give me the results I wanted. First, my wife and I could hardly smell it in the bottle. Second, maybe I didn't measure out enough, still we couldn't taste it in the cookie. Third, I should have paid attention to its ingredients! Propylene Glycol, not good when an alcohol like vodka would have been better and food coloring, grans, generally recognized as not safe! I found recipes to make it myself and should have taken the time to do it from better ingredients!!!

Excellent "smooth" mint flavor in hot chocolate or elsewhere. Think more "thin mints" and less "altoids." (A good thing in my opinion.)
