Cosamin ASU - 230 Capsules

I give it 5 stars because my back and knees always feel better within a couple days of starting to take it, but just FYI if you add these to your smoothies like me, you're better off getting the old formula because this newer one has kind of a strong green-tea/herbal taste. The old one had no flavor so I preferred it, and it worked just as well.

Be honest I thought these pills were going to work as soon as I started taking them and was going to stop after two weeks because my bad knee still was hurting me so bad but it said on the bottle it takes 6 to 8 weeks so I decided to follow their direction. I’m going on 5 weeks tomorrow and my knee feels so great , the pain I had isn’t even near how it was hurting me . I would sit up in bed rubbing it at night in tears and pretty much stopped my everyday life because of the pain was so bad , I have my life back and if I have to take theses pills the rest of my life , I will . Tell anyone I know who has bad knee pain about theses pills .

Works great for my dog. I use Cosamin DS (have for 15 yrs.), which doesn’t include any additional compounds. I put my dog on Cosamin DS also, because it was highly recommended by his vet. It really helped him. I tried the Cosamin ASU and it did work better for me than the plain, but it sent me into a nightmare of migraine headaches (which I have a history of since age 4). So, I highly recommend Cosamin DS , and Cosamin ASU (with an alert that it triggered migraines for me). Both are manufactured by Nutramax which I think is an excellent company.

Don't know if it was my imagination or not, but after taking it for the first time, I thought the soreness in my kness had lessened somewhat. If I was 100% sure, then I would give it 5 stars. I'm 73 and use my knees a lot (stationary bike--try to get my pulse to 130 beat per minute, vigorous walking) and my knees are not sore. I take 2 capsules a day.

Three capsules a day keeps me on my feet. Doctors have wanted to replace my knees for two decades. I say Hell No to that!I hurt my esophagus with too much ibuprofen, so I cannot take NSAIDS.After seeing how well Dasuquan helped my arthritic dog, I found this human equivalent.I do squats that resemble Romanian deadlifts to keep my thighs strong. Now up to 30 butt-out-back squats per day.Between exercising & these supplements, I can continue to say no to Dr Bonesaw.

Bought this product a few months ago to see if it would help with my knee pain. I have a torn meniscus on both knee. I've been to therapy, had cortisone shots and still in pain. Trying to avoid surgery. After just one week I felt a difference. I can walk with less pain and have more flexibility when bending and kneeling. I take 3 at night before bed. Have reordered twice. I have recommended this product to several of my friends and they are just as impressed with the results as I am.
