One of my favorite dance movies, with a great story line. Always one I can go back to and watch again.

I love love love this movie!!!!!!

I don't know why it's taken me so long to review this movie, but I have to thank Bravo for airing this movie this weekend and reminding me how much I love it. I know it's cheesy. I know it's been done. I don't care. I love Honey. And here's why: 1) Honey starts off as a bartender but she secretly wants to make her living as a video dancer. I always root for the underdog. 2) Everything Honey wears reveals her midriff. Everything. 3) Honey teaches inner-city kids how to dance and then puts them in a music video. That's hot. 4) The line, "Someone wants to dip his fingers in the honey jar," said in complete earnest. 5) The wannabe thug manager who flips out when he can't get the girl. You've seen it before (think Terrence Howard in Glitter). 6) Honey's parents want her to dance ballet, but Honey loves hip hop and follows her dreams (think Save the Last Dance). So yes. Honey isn't original. But hey, you steal from the best and make it your own. Honey does that. Yes it's got bits of Glitter, Flashdance, Center Stage, and any other dance movie you've seen in the last few decades. Yes. Honey is cheesy. But who cares? Enjoy it for what it is: a leisurely, entertaining film that ends in a dance sequence. What more could you want?

Ya he podido ver la peli, y la he disfrutado muchísimo, es una de mis películas favoritas de mi adolescencia, me marcó muchísimo. Lo que más me gustó fue la sección de “escenas inéditas”, dónde enseñaban escenas que se grabaron pero luego no llegaron a utilizarse en la película. El DVD está en un estado perfecto, el CD sin ningún rasguño ni nada, y la caja de la película impoluta también, muy agradecido por haber podido comprar esta reliquia y tenerla en mi colección de películas en DVD personal.

this is a great film, filled with dance scenes and a nice story. The 2000s were a great time. relive the moment with the music in this film.

Bellissimo film

Ich finde den Film einfach Klasse. Mir gefiel er als ich ihn im Fernsehen gesehen hatte. Von da ab habe ich mich entschlossen ihn mir zu kaufen. Wer diesen Film möchte sollte Chorografie und das Tanzen in einem Film mögen. Es ist natürlich eine krimineller Bereich mit Drogenhandel dabei. Doch alles in der Summe eine gute Kombination mit der Kriminellen Seite und mit dem Tanzen zu vereinen. Auch interessant ist es wie es hinter den Kulissen der Musikbranche abgeht. Mit der Treffen im VIP Bereich. Kontaktaufbau zu anderen Stars durch VIP Treffen. Kann mir vorstellen das so ein Job als Chorografen nicht immer einfach ist, aber eine bemerkenswerte Leistung ist es bei jedem Film, die eine Chorografie enthält.
