LenoxHoliday Mug, 1 Count (Pack of 1), Red & Green

These mugs are insanely cute. They were shipped with great care in a box that can be kept for future storage until the following holiday. I used them a lot in 2022. I hand-washed mine so I cannot attest to how well they will hold up in a dishwasher (although it does state that they are dishwasher safe). I have zero complaints and used one of these mugs every morning for coffee until I packed away my Christmas decorations. The prices was great in early December (around $15 for 2 mugs is hard to beat).

While this looks like the Lenox Holiday Mug that according to the Amazon description and photo was made in the USA, the one I received has a label attached saying it was made in China. The mug I received also arrived with crazing on the base of the mug, which I included a photo of, and a noticeably visible flaw on the handle where there is a small dent in the china that must have happened during manufacture. The spot where the handle is dented did not accept the gold trim that was applied later. My initial impression was the mug handle had gotten chipped during the shipping, but that was not the case as there were no chips anywhere on the mug. While I know that not all Lenox - Holiday pattern included - is made in the USA any longer, and that has led in many cases to a difference in the quality received which is unfortunate, I am amazed this particular mug ever made it through Lenox quality control, as the mug I received is certainly not first quality Lenox.Is this mug usable - yes.From a distance does it look in good condition - yes.Up close, would anyone who used it notice its flaws - yes. And because of this last answer, I knocked the overall rating for the particular mug I received down from what would normally have been a 5 star rating for Lenox Holiday to a barely acceptable 3 stars.

For anyone who loves Lennox Christmas items, this travel cup is a must! The design is simple, yet festive. The cup is super sturdy and easy to travel with. Would definitely recommend.

I originally ordered these cups as a gift. They were so nice that I ordered them for several people. I actually made a double order but only one arrived at my home. I was told that that the second one would be coming tomorrow. I forgot to ask how that would be possible with the same tracking number. I will report back. I order mainly from Amazon because of their fantastic Customer Service, too.

I gave these as a Christmas gift to my niece the year she got married. It is a nicely packaged, fun set for a newly wed couple who inherited some Lenox Holiday China. Only thing that I thought was a little strange is that the Mr. mug has gold scroll work all around the text while the Mrs. does not, so they don't really match. Most people probably wouldn't even notice it, but I like the simplicity of the holly vs. the scroll.

I was thoroughly delighted with these humorous-yet elegant mugs. The packaging says it all. They are in a attractive Lenox box (this was a gift and so was much appreciated) and was snugly placed in a larger box. The cups were smothered in protective bubble wrap.I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

They are perfect for an inexpensive gift. They come nicely boxed. They are Lenox so the quality is there. Cute design. Handle doesn't get hot in the microwave either:)

Bought the mugs with the tea kettle for a christmas gift for family member. beautiful and elegant christmas pieces. Wish i had bought it for myself.

Wir freuen uns, dass die Tasse früher ankam, als angekündigt. Also passend zum Fest - toll und danke!Leider entspricht die Tasse nur bedingt den eingestellten Bildern des Verkäufers. Der Stempel weicht ab und auch die Qualität ist weniger wertig. Ich kann es beurteilen, denn ich kaufte letztes Jahr exakt die dort noch heute so bebilderte Tasse. So gönnte ich mir dieses Jahr eine zweite. Die Enttäuschung ist nicht auszublenden: Das Dekor ist viel flacher, der untere Goldrand fahrig gezogen und die floralen Motive sind weniger ausgestaltet und farbig flau. Die Tasse ist minimal kleiner und wirkt klobiger, ist aber deutlich leichter als die erst gekaufte.Der Kaffeepott ist ohne Frage schön und ich werde ihn behalten, zu mal mein Mann seinen Finger besser durch den zudem "größeren" Henkel bekommt. Trotzdem schade - ein ehrlicher Hinweis auf eine neue Serie, eine abgewandelte Kopie oder was auch immer, wäre hier hilfreich gewesen. So bleibt es bei mir sicher bei nur 2 Tassen. Einen weiteren Versuch im nächsten Jahr werde ich mir wohl verkneifen.
