New boards work fine
Received mine and works fine out of the box and as expected. The board also comes with the CPU retainer bracket now which I used with my Phanteks waterblock and it works fine, no more worrying about the CPU falling off while removing it. Another thing to note is the audio drivers on the Asus site for it use the new windows store apps which are terrible, you can use the one from the older Rampage VI Extreme board and they work fine and actually work.

Code00 "black screen"
The mother board looks good but won't start up on the screen it keeps giving me code00. When i looked this up online it turns out to be a bad batch.. :'(

Does not work unfortunately
Had two of these and both give CPU Code 00 and wont even attempt to post.I found that blowing hot air on the q code area will get it past the code 00 error and will cycle through all of the codes and looks like a good boot but at the end give a post error and fails to boot. I returned the board and the replacement did the exact same thing. I tried every trick in the book to get this to work. This was a new build so to verify the w-3175 was good I ordered the Gigabyte version and it booted first time with no issues. It's unfortunate, I have been hardcore Asus fan for nearly 20 years now. To have a $1,800 board do this is sad. You can read reviews at other places with the same or similar issues on these boards. Asus board has a far better feature set but if it wont work what can you do.I would stay away for now, amazon is sending out the K3 serial numbers which is the older ones, not sure if newer ones are better or not.

These boards are defective
I've purchased 4 of these. All boards read Q Code 00. They only boot if you apply heat towards the board. The first two times I contacted ASUS I was told to RMA. Figured I would see if a later run might have a fixed board, but they were all the same. 3 of the ones I purchased had obviously been previously returned by other buyers with the same issue. This problem was acknowledged by Asus as a defect. They need to make some sort of revision and announcement. I was told I could do an advanced RMA by a seemingly helpful, friendly rep last week.. however it took them a week to put a $2000 hold on my credit card, so they could send me a repaired unit. So I have $8000 in defective boards and needed to wait a week so they could hold another $2000 to send me a replacement... Until they address this, you will just be purchasing someone else's returned board. If you really want to purchase this board, I would initiate an RMA as soon as you make the purchase.. or better yet, check out the Gigabyte Aorus extreme..

B0 issue require bios update
After bios update, everything runs normal, supports xeon w-3175x and overclocking. Quit heavy, but the parcel comes very fast from US to HK!

Hint: Error B0
I am writing this review to make things easier on people who face the no boot issues, in particular error B0.Solution: do not waste time seating the RAMs , doubting the MOBO or CPU, all you got to do is go to asus website and download the bios update, rename the downloaded CAP file to DOMINEX, grab a flash drive format it to FAT(32) and paste your file into it, then run a bios update using the bios button.

Oversized, wont fit in most cases
This motherboard is huge, can only find one or two tower cases it would fit in and that was after mechanical modification and printing spacers. I don't recommend for the weak hearted.
