If a serving is 1480mg magnesium citrate, and magnesium citrate is 11-16% elemental Mg, how can it contain 440mg? Math doesn't add up

All I know they stop my legs wanting to go for a run while I’m in bed.

Is it 440 mg per tablet? I see people saying it’s 220 mg

Can I break these capsules open and dissolve powder into water?

I asked Nutravita if I could break the capsule open and put the contents over food and the answer was yes it could be mixed with food or drink.

Is this 220mg per tablet or 440mg? I am confused and want to ensure i am taking the correct dosage.
