I really like the adjustability during installation it makes the gate assy align without any trouble.

You don't get what you pay for here. This product is a great way to build a gate and provides overall good support. That being said, the product indicates that it has a 3 rail support system, i.e., 3 2x4 boards that are attached to the gate for support, and the product received has only a 2 rail support where there are 2 areas for 2x4's on the frame. I would recommend going to another seller if you want a 3 rail support system on your gate.

Everyone loves when I install these gates to there privacy fences.

I bought this over a year ago and didn't have time to open it until now, but I see the pictures are still misleading. The 2nd picture claims it is a 2 pack, and the 3rd picture shows 2 gates.This is only 1 gate, so it's way overpriced.

Very easy to put together and looks great.

I have a slightly different version of this gate. Mine has the same hinges, and frame looks the same, but the frame height on mine is 48 inches. I don't think they make mine any more but otherwise it looks exactly the same. Extremely well made and solid. I had trouble with a couple of the screws provided for the hinge plates - heads stripped out - but I had other deck screws around and used those. No stars removed.It's completely wonderful in every way EXCEPT that the latch provided was not going to work the way I installed my gate, and an $8 latch from Lowes solved that problem. No stars removed for this either.Really happy with this.BTW the hinge pins on some of their less-expensive gate models are not as good as these. So, buyer beware.

The frame itself is great. And the latch was great.....until we attached the fence pickets. Now, it binds. It's not made well.
