Thermostat failed after 13 monhts installed.
Just over a year on the wall and the thermostat switch has failed, we now have the option of a cold shower or a very hot shower... nothing in between - there's 1mm turning between freezing cold and scalding hot now.Currently trying to contact the seller, but seems impossible...Seller - if you read this review, please contact me, i'd like to discuss a replacement!

Ich habe dieses schöne Duschsystem vor knapp zwei Jahren erworben.Leider ging die Mischarmatur relativ schnell kaputt. Ich konnte die Wassertemperatur nicht mehr variieren. Zudem gibt es nun ein Problem mit dem Wasserdruck, so dass ich nicht mehr duschen kann. Ein kurzes Telefonat mit einem wirklich netten Mitarbeiter hat meine Probleme gelöst und ich kann demnächst wieder unbeschwert duschen. Danke!

Tête de douche fissurée
Bonjour,Nous avons acheté cette colonne de douche il y a plus d'un an : pas de soucis jusqu'à aujourd'hui où la tête de douche s'est fissurée sans raison et est donc inutilisable.Pourriez-vous revenir vers moi concernant les pistes de remplacement possibles?D'avance merci pour votre retour

Prodotto:Sotto delle aspettative. Il miscelatore ha corpo in acciaio ma le maniglie (sinistra deviatore, destra termostato) sono in plastica di dubbia durabilità.Doccione a disco ha una perdita di acqua nonostante abbia dovuto aggiungere le guarnizioni che nel pacco non erano comprese (senza queste perde ancora più acqua).Sia il doccino che il doccione sono in plastichetta leggera.Spedizione:Acquistato in offerta lampo con arrivo previsto per il giorno successivo ma in realtà mi è arrivato 4 giorni dopo aver effettuato l'ordine. Questo per me è stato un problema nell'organizzazione degli orari di lavoro.Servizio clienti Amazon non ha saputo né aiutarmi né darmi spiegazioni.
