Difficult to Figure out How to charge
Bought two of these for my twin granddaughters for Christmas. And now I can't find a simple YouTube instruction on how to charge them. Very little detail is included with packaging. Oh well.

No instructions on use
There is a record button and prev and next buttons on the microphone but no instructions on how it is to be used. My daughter got as a gift and can not fully use it. Please help with step by step easy instructions

Mic battery won’t charge
My daughter received this microphone as a Christmas gift. When we opened it and pressed the power button it instructed us to connect to a Bluetooth device but then the battery immediately died. We tried charging it using the extremely short cable that was included, but after several days, it still won’t turn on, nor does the red light come on to indicate that it is charging. I’ve tried plugging it in to multiple devices and chargers. This product is a dud, and my daughter is so disappointed. Because it was a gift with no receipt, I can’t return it. It also did not come with the audio cable that is shown in the pictures, and the instructions were not clear or helpful.

Would not recommend
Daughter received as a gift. Would not recommend. It is not clear how to charge. I received two different cords, neither of which allow us to charge the device.

This WS 858 Microphone
I got the WS 858 Microphone & I got the charging cord but I didn't get the audio cord & I have tried several times to contact them with no luck. Can I purchase the audio cord separately? Otherwise it won't work. Thank you!

Garbage microphone; avoid like the plague
Awkward button placement, terrible documentation, ultra short charge cable provided. The worst part is that if my kid sings too loud the internal circuitry clips out and shuts off. Worthless.

Missing piece ruined it.
Didn't include an audio cable which makes it near useless out of the box. I used my own audio cables but it only made the voice come out higher pitch until I restarted it. Apparently its supposed comes with a micro USB to aux cable. The speaker itself is decent. Buying as a funky looking Bluetooth speaker for $20, fine. But for Kareoke it was returned due to missing parts.
