This is a good Thai curry paste that makes tasty meals. At the right price, it's a good buy. Flavorful, aromatic, pretty good level of heat.

I discovered Lobo's mixes during the pandemic and was thrilled with the results, which have greatly reduced my need for ordering take-out. What I like particularly is the individual packages so you're not stuck with more curry paste than you need, and the paste you use always tastes fresh. These are very spicy so my advice would be to add spoonfuls and keep tasting until you have the desired degree of heat.

It is very easy to use, quickest way to make a good Thai meal. It is delicious and, authentic in flavor. Honestly you will not go to a Thai restaurant after using it. It is spicy, you can dilute by adding more water or coconut milk.
