The wrist wrap works great to keep my wrists protected and stable. The padding keeps my hands well-protected. My fellow athletes who lift without gloves keep ripping their blisters during WODs, but the skin on my hands stays healthy. The -2 stars is because the grip has worn off quickly, despite using them for only two months (and I do not use them for every WOD). Also my grip seems to be slightly less stable compared to no gloves.

I wanted to try something different other than traditional weightliglifting gloves for rowing and pull ups. I was inbetween XL and L and went with XL. I would've liked to have tried the L gloves but am still happy.

Great fit and nice look! The only slight drawback is in between the fingers the material can be kinda painful but it could just be the size . I ordered a large and maybe I need to go up a size but other than that great gloves!!!!
