This works better than I expected. After taking it consistently for a few days I definitely found that this helped with bloating and regular bowel movements

These did not work for me. It might just be my personal experience but these pills made me gassy, gave me a abdominal pain. I took my last one yesterday after lunch and I’ve had abdominal pain since. Pain so was bad! I felt like I was going to pass out. I was so nauseated and cramping so bad. I also noticed it has given me a really bad taste in my mouth since I started taking them and bad body odor. I hope all this goes away in a couple of days. Definitely not going to be taking these anymore. I had a bad experience.

They work great BUT, I took away a star because I don’t like them being red. Dye has to be added to achieve this color and there are several studies showing red dye is not good for our bodies.

I have been taking one pill once a day for the first 4 days to adjust my body to it, and it’s working!I will start with 2 probably next week!I believe it’s a good product if also paired with physical activity and health diet!
