Outstanding!!!
I have had this printer for a little over a month now and I'm a complete nubile to the 3d printing world but this printer made getting my feet wet a breeze! Right out of the box it printed perfectly I did not have to figure much out at all to get printing and everything I have printed has came out amazing. The level of detail and the speed it can produce it in is more then I could have dreamed. I would recommend this to anyone and the price range is great. Thank you so much.

Very disappointing
I am very disappointed in the print quality of this printer. Take a look at the cat photos. This is the sample file that comes on the SD card that is included with the printer. After printing for 4 hours, it was getting late and I decided to go to bed rather than wait the additional 4 hours for it to finish. The color display on the printer showed it was only half way through printing.I did not want to leave the printer on all night while unattended so I thought it might be a good way to test the autorestart due to power failure -- a feature advertised on this printer in the description above. I unplugged the printer while it was printing and that was it. I did not touch the printer itself. The next morning I resstarted the printer by plugging it back i. I had to preheat the bed and nozzle. Then I went to the Print menu and a new file appeared, something like "recover.bin" so I selected that. The X and Y axis did a homing move, then moved back to the print and started printing.I immediately noticed that something did not look right when it started printing again, but I let it run. It ran for another 4 hours. When it was finished, the results can be seen in the first 3 photos of the cat. The Y axis was positioned a considerable amount forward from where it should have been. This is totally unacceptable. A company cannot advertise this as a feature if it doesn't work 100% of the time. I found an email address in these reviews for technical support at Monoprice and sent them an email about this issue. Meanwhile, as I waited for a reply, I decided to print a camera stand for my Logitech C270 webcam. I downloaded the STL file from Thingeverse adn sliced it with Cura with some tweaked settings covered by DrVax on YouTube. The results can be seen in the last 3 photos. It may not be clearly visible in those photos but I can assure you it is clearly visible when you see the actual part. Problem one is that the higher up the print, the more and more waviness in the long side of the print or Y axis. I noticed that the bed movements in this area had rapid back and forth movements between the inner and outer walls that was causing a lot of shaking in the tall columns. This back and forth jerking caused a vibration with noise that was creating these ripples in the outer sides of the print. The tall columns are the problem. There is insufficient bracing of these columns which cause them to vibrate very easily with back and forth movement of the Y axis. The taller the model, the worse the vibration gets. This too is unacceptable for me. The design for such a tall Z axis should have better bracing. When I got a response from Monoprice Tech Support I was really disappointed in their answer as well. It appeared that they did not believe me when I had told them that the Y axis had shifted about 4 mm when I plugged the machine back in. At the time I had emailed them, I had not yet taken any photos. Rather than ask me for photos, their reply was that they had never seen that and asked if I could duplicate it again. They also asked me to send them a copy of my invoice from Amazon. What does that have to do with the problem I experienced?I sent them the photos this morning and told them I was not happy with the machine. It's not a feature that you an advertise if it doesn't work 100% of the time because that one time it fails renders the print useless. I also told them that the vibrations in the tall Z axis supports needed additional bracing to eliminate these vibrations. That is not something you can correct in Cura or any other slicer.Overall, it could be a nice machine but with these flaws, I give it a 1 star rating. I wasted a lot of filament for mediocre prints and the first print was useless to me because of the shift in the Y axis when the printer recovered from the power outage.

First Timer
Typically have never had issues with Monoprice products. Even with a mix of reviews I pulled the trigger and purchased the MP10.Out of the box, I didn't use the instructions on assembly, I watched a Youtube video instead and it was relatively easy. I was very careful seeing that I am new to 3D printing.I purchased 2 spools of Hatchbox PLA 1.75 filament, 1 red and 1 orange.I went through the auto leveling with no issues and preheated for the filament insertion and everything went smooth. I start the test print on the SD card provided (16BG) and I am only having 1 issue, from time to time I get an "Out of Filament" error but there is plenty of filament. I don't know if it is the color, bad sensor or something else but if it continues I will be contacting support.Other than that, everything has been pretty smooth. The print, so far, looks pretty good even though I am only 30% done.

Budget option offers premium features.
I like a bunch of the features this printer has and I feel I got a good value. In particular, auto bed leveling, a heated bed and the simple setup make this printer a great starter. This is my first personal 3d printer and I've learned a lot from using it.I recommend you buy spray adhesive for the bed and preheat your bed before prints. These are due to the large print bed having bad adhesion and warping issues around the base of prints, but from what I hear that's common among 3d printers of this caliber.
