These were not effective at all. Very disappointing, especially for the price, and unfortunately they cannot be returned/refunded.

I have struggled with waking up in the middle of the night for hours for years. I could always fall asleep but then wake up at 230am and fall back asleep right around the time I'd have to get up. I've tried everything, these are the first thing to work. I only take 1, I took 2 the first night and felt like I was a coma so I stick to 1.

I hope this works for most. I have severe insomnia and this actually made me restless like others have. Probably just me. Good luck!!!

There is nothing wrong with the pills, but for me they just were not effective at all. Very disappointed.
