Piquant pepper.
I have a thing for pepper. Any pepper. BUT....it has to be good pepper. I buy many different kinds of pepper as there are a lot to choose from. This one is definitely a good quality great tasting pepper. It isnt cheap as far as pepper goes but it is excellent in flavour. It doesn't numb the tongue like some peppers can. It's really good in salad dressings and freshly ground on to wedges with salt and oil before cooking. I would suggest using it in dishes that don't hide or smother its lemony flavour. One tip I can give you. Buy a cheap hand cranked coffee grinder for pepper. It does the job much quicker and is easier on the wrists. You can adjust it to grind fine or course. How ever you like it.

Super pepper think hot Nutmeg don't need much
Wonderful smell grind in pestal and mortar seems expensive but you don't need a lot
