Because this Revlon ColorStay Light Concealer effectively covers the dark circles under my eyes and covers other imperfections on my face, you wouldn’t want it to be clear as indicated by one of the rating categories. You also wouldn’t want it to necessarily penetrate your skin, which is why I couldn’t rate it as a moisturizer. But it does exactly what it’s supposed to do…goes on smoothly with the easy wand applicator, and when used in conjunction with liquid foundation, beautifully covers discoloration and other imperfections on your face! I highly recommend this product!!!
