After a ridiculous termite infestation and tenting, we bought this stuff, mixed it in water 1:1, and with a pesticide sprayer and full suit head to toe, we sprayed this on our bare studs prior to drywall install. This is to ensure that we are protected from termites in the areas that were sprayed. They don't eat wood treated with this stuff. All new homes should really be coated with this stuff. At first the wood was sticky, but after a few days, it fully absorbed the product and now it's not possible to tell that it was treated.

Works as described. Make sure to wear a face mask and have plenty of ventilation. Order did not intrude into the house.
