I lost my MacBook Air Charger and needed a replacement. I looked around and the lowest price I could find was $80. I was amazed to see such a well-rated alternative for 1/4 of the price. It came and works perfectly. You honestly cannot even tell if not an Apple product. AWESOME PRODUCT! EVEN BETTER VALUE! Saved me $60!

After the previous 'aftermarket' power charger got blistering hot, I was super diligent to find a power charger that I didn't have to worry about burning my house down. So Far, So Good. Charges and stays cool.

Arrived quickly and was packaged well. Came with all necessary pieces and works amazingly! It charges quickly and does not show signs of overheating. Will update if any problems arise.

There was nothing wrong with my 2013 MacBook Air except the charger. My husband is of the feeling that one should ONLY use Apple "accessories" (those made and sold by Apple) but at $79? No way was I going to pay that. There are many sellers on Amazon selling this charger and I read all the reviews for all the sellers and decided on this one. It had the least amount of negative reviews and all they said was that it got warm if left in long. The one that Amazon recommends (not this one) had 17% one-star reviews with people saying and showing photos of adapters that got so hot that they either exploded or melted. THAT'S dangerously scary! The cost for this one was very reasonable and I've used it for more than a week and it doesn't get hot. Maybe a tad warm but not any more so than the original Apple charger that came with the Mac Book. Plus the seller had great ratings overall and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied and I am-very.
