Great recipes from a terrific culinary school. Well written and easy to follow. Well worth the price!

Being foodies, we love this book for creative ideas, easily multiplied for larger groups. Smart ideas, for example offering hors d oeuvres that one can easily manage whilst holding a glass of wine.

It has recipes for foods we would never eat; so, that eliminated some of the recipes for us. We're not into clams, mussels, goat cheese, lamb, or duck. I do like up-dating my cooking methods, however, with the current, healthy recipes that are nice enough toserve to guests.

I liked it all. The ideas, the recipies, and the photos. All well done cudos to the Culinary Institute of America. They continue to prove they are the best!

We bought this as a gift for our daughter... She absolutely loves it!! It has very good recipes!Definitely recommend this to a friend!!
