I was too hungry to continue
I stuck to this ,space food was OK,needed veg to bulk it out.drinking 2 to 3 litres of water made me ill. Lack of sleep getting up middle of the night for a pee. I did lose 4lbs in a week..but I was tired and I missed my freinds ,missed the pub, unsafe to drink booze. Very dangerous

To loose weight
