The only thing I dislike about this perch is that my Quaker is heavy enough that he will try to sit on the dishes and the clamp doesn’t hold it tight enough for him to not spill his water and pellets everywhere. So I end up with soggy pellets all over the place. Other than that it’s great, he loves to sit on it (well, up where the bell is) and that’s where he watches all of his shows with me. (He likes Hallmark movies)

Ordered two of these. One's fine, one the tray came dented in multiple places including nearly punctured through the metal in three places. The wood base has sharp splintery edges. Dowels and boards are two different wood types, so not a uniform color. On the upside, the dishes-on-a-clip contraption is clever and it seems like that part will work well. I'll be sanding this and tryna pound out the dents.

This is a cute item but I feel a bit overpriced. Definitely would not recommend it for birds bigger than Conures or Quaker parrots. The little metal bowls are a bit difficult to empty and fill, having to press them together to widen the (tight) chip clip type clip to take off and put on the perch, as shown in the picture, spilling water and/or food while you’re at it, usually just water. They are small, cute but small. Love the idea of the lift up and down removable metal tray instead of the usual wood, super easier to clean that way! they did provide a nice handy dandy two-sided screwdriver with the purchase! I would not recommend the play area for the floor because it is small, but up on a table or dresser is nice.

This has been a great perch for our ringneck parakeet. It was all perfect except the tray for the bottom came with a dent in it. Works fine though.

I know my bird doesn’t mind the dents but a product shouldn’t be received damaged. The perch is okay, it is a nice stand and I’m happy to have food bowls in it, but it’s also nothing spectacular.

Easy to put together and everything required to do so comes with it. The disassembled playground was really well packaged and came with a screwdriver. Assembly took maybe 3-4 mins. Once assembled it's strong.It's a little bigger than imagined, but the dimensions are correct. We bought it for our parrotlet so she can sit in the office during the day. The largest bird I'd probably put on it is a conure. If our cockatiel is willing to come out he can use it as well.
