I like this product very much. I had one simular to yours. I used it so much, I wore it out. This new one is a replacement. It is so easy to use. There is no assembly. I found out that it is safer to use a door that opens out as I used one that opened in once and the door opened up on me. Scared me. Be creative and have fun exercising. MEM

I bought this upon my chiropractor's recommendation to do upper back and neck exercises. The exercises helped reduce my discomfort. It works fine and perfect for traveling since it's lightweight and folds up. I was surprised at how much benefit came from this item.

I love this set of the resistance bands. It came with different weight and a waterproof case. It is so small can fit into anything. So I don’t need a big space to turn my home into a gym. It is very useful when everyone has to stay in the house while the gyms are all closed. It also comes with two handles so I can grab them without lose them by accident and hurt myself. It has 5 different weights, so it is good for beginners and working my way up.when the pandemic is over, I can easily bring it to the park and do a work out outdoors since it is comes with a small case and I can just put it in my bag pack

The quality of this band is very good. I got a cheaper one and they were very flimsy, but this one is much better, very sturdy. It helps people like me who likes to work out at home, easy to use.
