I was looking for a simple digital kitchen timer for my kids to use for schoolwork. These are perfect. Easy to set the time, stop the timer, and reset. They count up or down. We have been using them for the past 7 months and are still on the same batteries. They are magnetic and can also sit on the table. The beeping is just the right volume. A great value!

Great little timers! Got a great price on them, had fast shipping!! I bought these to replace the again dead wind-up timer I had purchased for my kids to keep time on. They killed two wind-up ones before I stepped it up a bit to digital! These have not disappointed me yet, it's been over 3 months. I have been pleasantly surprised! My kids have dropped it, kicked it, knocked it off the table and yet it works! Huzzah, no more excuses on time!! I also love that they are magnetic, they can stick to my fridge and don't get in the way! Good loud beep too! This happy mom recommends these timers!

This is a good timer - so easy to use - the alarm is loud enough - numbers are big enough. The one thing it lacks is a memory. I set it to 30 minutes when I jump on my trampoline. After 30 minutes the alarm sounds and I press the stop button. The screen stays lit for around ten minutes. Then the light goes out to save the battery. And when the light goes out, whatever number you have set it to goes back to zero. This is not a problem when I am doing a series of exercises one after the other. I can stop it and start it again without having to reset it as long as the screen is lit. I use one timer just for this and it suits my needs perfectly. But I use one just for the 30 minute trampoline practice and it is annoying to have to reset it to 30 minutes every time. My last timer had a memory and all I had to do was hit the start button and the stop button. I used it only for my 30 minute trampoline practice and I never had to reset the time.

I managed to break the timer on my stove, so I ordered this two pack of timers. The magnets are strong and hold tight to the refrigerator even with the door opening and closing constantly. The big numbers are easy to read and the timers are quick and simple to use. I use them several times a day - not only for cooking, but to remind me to take care of other tasks (I work from home). They're a good value for a good price.

Bought this for kids to use in timing themselves for various tasks; music practice, room cleaning, etc. This helps keep them on task. Pros: - Magnetic back; we put it on magnetic bulletin boards (Ikea) in kids' rooms - Large, clear display; kids can easily read - Super-easy to use; only three buttons. Kids can easily set, pause, and restart themselves. - Good price if you need more than one - Battery cover stays in place; last timer's battery cover came off easily, then got lost, and battery does not stay in place well without the cover. Kind of a deal-breaker. We've bought Learning Resources timers in the past; they cost more and have the same features as these do, but a smaller display. We prefer these. There's also a little kickstand that could be useful for setting on a flat surface, but the uses we have for this timer don't involve needing that.

Decent timer but blanks out too quickly. If I have to bake several batches of cookies, I have to tuen it on and set it again instead of it keeping the previous minutes like other timers. It would be better to just hit start again without that incessant beeping. I'd look for one that doesn't do that.

Works great. Loud enough I can hear it from my bedroom while it's in the kitchen. Very durable as we have dropped one and it still works. My son has to read for 20 minutes every day for school so we are using this now instead of the microwave, which is kinda hard to hear. The numbers are also very big so you don't have to get super close to know how much time is left. You get 2 in the pack, so I'm giving one to a friend!

These are great alarms for kitchen timers and anywhere else you may need an alarm timer. We bought ours for the laundry room in our home because the built-in alarm on our clothes dryer is very weak and hard to hear sometimes. These alarms have an adjustable volume switch (loud or soft) and they can be clearly heard everywhere in our home. No more forgetting clothes in the dryer after they're done!
