Handle has wiggles and jiggles
The media could not be loaded. Just got out of box. Seems as advertised, so no problems there. However when bolts are engaged (door closed) or door open and bolts disengaged, handle has a non-confidence inspiring amount of play or wiggle to it.I hope this doesn’t become a problem down the road. E.g. becomes non-functional.

Can be muted
Great safe. I didn't use any shelves or plan to. There is a way to mute the beeps for normal access. I previously contacted the manufacturer and asked but they said it could not be disabled, which was almost a deal breaker. Turns out the electronic lock is pretty much the same as competitors. One review suggested holding the teach button on the inside until it flashed both lights green briefly. Works great

Good Product
Nice product. Biometric scanner can be touchy at times, but overall works well.

Arrived with broken parts
Safe arrived today, and ALL the plastic clips for the shelves were broken.
